At Donum Amoris, we are committed to offering you timeless elegance and lasting quality. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a 1-Year Warranty on all demifine and gold-plated jewelry.

What’s Covered

This warranty includes free gold re-plating of your jewelry once within 12 months from the date of purchase.
It is applicable only if the product fades or loses its shine under normal usage conditions.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Locate your original purchase bill. The bill is mandatory for all warranty claims.

A clear image of the affected product
A brief description of the issue
A scanned copy or photo of the purchase bill

Important Notes

This warranty applies only to natural fading or dullness.
Damage due to mishandling, chemical exposure, or accidents is not covered.
The customer is responsible for safely delivering the product to our offline center if required.
One warranty claim per product is allowed within the 1-year period.
